Where Notezilla is better
- Notes everywhere. Phone apps and sync between PCs. stickies.lol has neither.
- Reminders. A note can pop up at a set time. stickies.lol can't do that.
- Notes tied to what you're doing. Attach a note to a document, website or app, and it shows up when that's open.
- Longer trial. 30 days against my 7.
Where stickies.lol is better
- Price. $4.99 once for 3 PCs, with no yearly plan.
- Privacy by default. No account, and notes never leave your PC. Every note is encrypted, not only the locked ones.
- A clear desktop. Notes wait in a thin strip at the edge of the screen instead of covering your windows.
- Typing speed. Win+Alt+N from anywhere, and
/commands for to-dos, headings, templates and quick math.
So which one?
If you'll use reminders or want your notes on your phone, get Notezilla. If you want quick private notes on one or a few Windows PCs, and nothing else, stickies.lol costs less and stays out of your way. Both have free trials, so try the one that sounds right first.
